Valentine is a novel set in 1970s Odessa, Texas. I designed these print postcards based on some excerpts from the book for promotional mailings and events ahead of its March 2020 release. Most of the images are pulled from public domain US Library of Congress collections, with a few from Adobe Stock. The stamp on the back of each postcard is the front of the hardcover first edition jacket, designed by Joanne O’Neil.
